Update of the ABOUT RABIES section

Along with the updating process, downloadable files corresponding to every page of the section will be made available.

SEARG Bulletin

We need designed focal points who will be the correspondents for rabies data in their countries. These focal points are intended to report on a quarterly basis human and animal rabies cases in the area, at a regional (preferably) or national level in their country.
Collected data should include laboratory confirmed cases, both positive and negative, for people, dogs, other domestic animals, bats and other wildlife, suspicions for human rabies and dog bites reports.

This corresponds to what was proposed in Maputo see the slides (0,4MB).

The editorial group may be contacted at this address for any information.
